Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness, Value Would give them 10 stars if possible!! Got my IPhone 6 wet and the display was completely non-touch responsive. Colin was quick to respond and provide a very reasonable estimate. Due to the pandemic, they had curbside drop-off. Jim replaced my screen very quickly and was able to restore 99% functionality for below the estimate. As of today, I have 100% function. Thank you, Thank you, Thank you! – Christine Lanni

The folks that work at Mobile Medic are some of the most knowledgeable, friendly and professional folks I’ve dealt with. They will take the time to answer questions on the phone or in person. My iPhone completely smashed and I was told ( elsewhere) that it was a brick now and could never be fixed or used again. Stopped into Mobile medic and he said , oh yeah I can fix this if you have about 20 minutes to wait . Fixed the phone , great price . Repaired our iPad too. Definitely recommend – Laura Lange

I can’t say enough about Mobile Medic. A lot of these shops who fix electronic devices have a terrible reputation, but my experience here has always been incredibly professional. The staff provides guidance on what you may need or not need, and the prices are very fair.
